How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. In general, personal information relating to self-employed drivers and contractors is retained for approximately one month after they cease working with V1 Logistics.
Some information may need to be retained for longer where this is necessary to meet legal, regulatory, accounting, insurance or other legitimate business requirements. Once personal information is no longer required, we will securely delete or dispose of it.
